River Green is a ground-up development project located at the northeast corner of Georgia State Route and Butterworth Road in Canton, Georgia. The 9.2 acre site will include a major retail anchor of 39,392 square-foot big-box and 15,000 square feet of small shop space. Two outparcels located on Georgia State Route Road will also be available. An additional 6,000 square-foot outparcel, with frontage on Butterworth Road, will be available for small shop space. The area has strong middle-income demographics that will support a ground-up development of this size. Canton is the fastest growing city in the state of Georgia. |
