Highlights
A recycling program is currently in process across our entire portfolio and within our corporate offices. To date we have saved over $730,000 on a cumulative basis on waste removal expenses and went from recycling 20% of our waste stream to recycling 47% of our total waste stream. We have also saved 12,361 cubic yards of landfill space at our local landfills. |

Success Stories
After our company-wide holiday toy drive in December 2011, we were able to donate 885 toys to Toys for Tots. Donations were distributed to the local communities surrounding the Equity One regional offices where the toys were collected. |

|
In August 2011, employees collected 176 books for All Aboard Educational Services, a children’s literacy program offered by the Institute of Child & Family Health in Miami. |

In an effort to give back to the community during the Thanksgiving season, $1,045 in employee donations were delivered to Broward Outreach Center, a South Florida homeless assistance program. |
