SocialResponsibility
		Highlights A recycling program is currently in process across our entire portfolio and within our corporate offices. To date we have saved over $730,000 on a cumulative basis on waste removal expenses and went from recycling 20% of our waste stream to recycling 47% of our total waste stream. We have also saved 12,361 cubic yards of landfill space at our local landfills.

		Success Stories After our annual holiday toy drive in December 2009, we were able to donate more than 400 toys to Toys For Tots.

		In September 2009, more than 1,000 books were collected and employees volunteered their time toward a regular mentoring/tutoring program at a Miami school.

		Combined efforts of our corporate and satellite offices in August 2009 resulted in the collection of more than 370 pounds of food for Camillus House, a Miami homeless shelter.
