OUR ACQUISITION CRITERIA
TYPE
- Anchored community, neighborhood or power shopping centers
- Individual properties or portfolios
- Strong preference for centers with a grocery component
- Urban retail properties
INVESTMENT MINIMUM
GEOGRAPHY Infill locations in supply constrained markets in the following markets:
- Northeast (Boston, NY, Philadelphia)
- Mid-Atlantic (Washington DC, Baltimore)
- Northern/Southern California (San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego)
- Southeast (Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Atlanta)
- Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties)
DEMOGRAPHICS
- Preferred demographics within 3-miles include a population greater than 70,000 and average household income greater than $75,000
DEAL STRUCTURES Equity One has the ability to work with a variety of structures, including:
- All cash purchases
- Loan assumptions
- Down-REITs
- Other tax efficient structures
