Equity One is seeking retail properties in these markets:

OUR ACQUISITION CRITERIA

TYPE

  • Anchored community, neighborhood or power shopping centers

  • Individual properties or portfolios

  • Strong preference for centers with a grocery component

  • Urban retail properties

INVESTMENT MINIMUM
  • $10,000,000

GEOGRAPHY
Infill locations in supply constrained markets in the following markets:
  • Northeast (Boston, NY, Philadelphia)

  • Mid-Atlantic (Washington DC, Baltimore)

  • Northern/Southern California (San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego)

  • Southeast (Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Atlanta)

  • Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties)

DEMOGRAPHICS
  • Preferred demographics within 3-miles include a population greater than 70,000 and average household income greater than $75,000

DEAL STRUCTURES
Equity One has the ability to work with a variety of structures, including:
  • All cash purchases

  • Loan assumptions

  • Down-REITs

  • Other tax efficient structures
